👋 Well hello there! Back with a drum roll after the dust has settled on the recent and inaugural RoRemote Career System Bootcamp.

😅 TL;DR:
About 3 weeks ago I started to design a group “bootcamp” version of my successful 1:1 mentoring programs, which support remote professionals development, career expansion and job search
8 people joined the bootcamp - which was aimed at remote work seekers - participating over 5 days sequentially and during that time everyone applied for at least 1 remote job (if not more), which was the core challenge at the centre of the bootcamp program. Yes, I believe in learn by applied doing!
Participants were from Yemen to the east and back to California to the west (my compass spans from Spain fyi)
Remote experience was varied from very little/novice (approx. 2 years ) to well advanced (15 years)
One week since the bootcamp finished, here are the results:
One candidate is in final offer stages for a remote job
One has begun to earn remotely as a freelancer, securing their first paid project work
Three are in application processes and moving along at different stages
Three are in preparation mode: actively searching and applying
BONUS: All candidates have written positive testimonials for the bootcamp on Linkedin
“Hey Ro, this is cool!” I hear you say and rightly so! Searching for remote work (job or work) is hard at the best of times, however in this current market and economic climate I know it can seem almost impossible for many professionals.

FabUlous: How to Stand Out, Shine as the true U & Network ➡️ Reach out messages, scripts, templates and plans.
Fighting Fit: Refine & Repeat: Building Resilience ➡️ A custom plan, to keep you dedicated in the long run.
Plus, you have the opportunity to learn and develop in a supportive peer group with a master mentor, aka me, over a concentrated and focused, time period.
